AlBaik Coming to Pakistan: The popular fast food chain of Saudi Arabia, Albaik, is coming to Pakistan with the agreement now in its final stages.
During the meeting with the owner of Albaik, Rami Abu Ghazala, in Jeddah, the Minister of Commerce, Jam Kamal Khan, discussed the operational framework and the possible locations for the branches of Albaik in the main Pakistani cities.
The Minister of Commerce, who is currently on an official visit to Saudi Arabia, also met with prominent Saudi businessmen to explore roads to strengthen commercial ties.
He highlighted the improvement of the Pakistan business environment, facilitated by initiatives such as the single window system and the National Compliance Center.
Saudi investors have expressed great interest in energy, agriculture, IT, and the construction sector, with both parties in accordance with improving bilateral economic relations.

According to Jam Kamal Khan, Saudi exports to Pakistan have seen an increase of 22%, with a total commercial volume that reaches $ 700 million.
In addition, the remittances of the Pakistani workers in Saudi Arabia amounted to $ 7.4 billion, which underlines the strong financial link between the two nations.
It is expected that the recent visa policy of the Saudi government, which allows the entry without visas of the citizens of GCC for up to 90 days, will further facilitate economic exchanges.
Minister Jam Kamal Khan emphasized that Pakistan offers a conducive business environment with significant expansion opportunities.
