How to Apply for an International Driving License in Punjab

How to Apply for an International Driving License in Punjab: A Step-by-Step Guide
Just like you would apply for a regular driver’s license, go to the nearest driver’s license center and pick up the token.

Once you obtain your token, you will be called, and you should present the following:
- Valid driving license in Pakistan. (Minimum valid for 1 year or more).
- Original Identity Card + 1 ID copy.
- Copy of valid Pakistani passport. (Minimum valid for 6 months or more).
That’s it. You do not need a visa to apply for international driving license or any other document in Lahore or anywhere else in Punjab. Attending staff will process your application, including taking your photograph and biometrics.

International Driving License Fee
The fee for International Driving License is paid in 2 parts:
- Court fee worth Rs.66 from Treasury Branch of Zila Katchery (District Courts) Lahore, in case the regular driving license is of Lahore.
- Rs.450 bank draft deposited in any branch of HBL with account title International Licensing Fee in account no 01270017338803.
Your international driving license will be delivered at your postal address after 2-3 weeks through Pakistan Post.
