Why Car Prices Are Going Down in Pakistan?
As a result of the strict administrative measures taken by the current caretaker government to prevent the seizure and smuggling of US dollars, the Pakistani rupee is now strengthening and expected more. It was also predicted earlier that price of cars will drop, and indeed it’s going down now.
However, it is not clear how long this trend will continue or not. From the price circular of Hyundai Nishat Motor (Pvt.) Limited, it can also be seen that this may be a temporary trend and this price may reverse anytime.
It is also not sure if this discount of Rs. 350,000 is enough to boost Hyundai Sonata sales or not. But, this reduction of Hyundai cars can increase the sales of used Hyundai cars in Pakistan.
