Main Objective & Duties

Main role of a Flight Attendant is to ensure on-board passenger safety, comfort and satisfaction while travelling. Flight Attendants as front-line staff of the Airline, represent the image and culture of the company with full responsibility of gaining passenger confidence and loyalty.

Minimum Requirements (Flight Attendant Jobs in Bahrain)

• Not less than Secondary School level.
• Fluent English communication skills (Written and spoken).
• Experience in service industry.
• Pleasant personality and ability to work calmly under pressure.
• Customer service orientated
• Ability to work and deal with multi-cultural customers and organizations.

Must Meet Criteria

• Age: 21 – 30 years
• Height : Minimum 160cm
• Weight Proportionate to height
• Ability to swim Minimum 50 meters unaided
• No visible Tattoos or Scars

Salary & Benefits (Flight Attendant Jobs in Bahrain)

• One year contract renewable subject to crew performance
• Annual leave entitlement: 36 days
• Average gross salary per month USD $2,380/-
