Any relative holding a valid NIC/NICOP and union council death certificate of the deceased family member can apply for cancellation. The original ID of the deceased is destroyed in the NRC to prevent misuse. The applicant should visit any NADRA Registration Center (NRC) to apply for a Certificate of CNIC cancellation.
