Suzuki Alto Hybrid

The Pakistani market has always remained loyal to the Suzuki Alto, which has maintained its legacy of providing the best fuel economy at the most affordable price. Here we bring you the 9th generation Alto hatchback that has improved looks, technology, and comfort.

Suzuki Alto: Overview

The Suzuki Alto Hybrid was launched globally in 2021 and has grabbed the attention of buyers for its unique selling propositions. This 9th generation model was launched after almost 9 years of production. It received several cosmetic and performance upgrades, but its hybrid technology was the highlight. The AGS has been discontinued, and this compact version of the Suzuki Hustler has been assembled.

Suzuki Alto Upgraded Looks

This Suzuki Alto 2023 X-Package includes drastic changes in appearance. The old headlights have been replaced by new oval headlights with LEDs; halogen bulbs are also offered in lower trims. Features such as a front camera, rear wiper, high-mounted brake light, parking sensors, and rear cameras were included.

The one we reviewed came in a white and burgundy two-tone finish. Although it didn’t stand out, on the positive side, it looked different. There were smart front door handles, and 14-inch wheels were added to give the overall look a bulkier look.

Comfy Interior

The previous Alto fared worse in terms of comfort, with no headrest, an outdated speedometer, and a monotonous tone. The new one has a curved dashboard, unique air vents, a modern odometer, MID, electric mirrors, and increased cabin space. The roof liner looks well padded, and the multi-spoke steering wheel enhances the overall styling philosophy.

What defines this new Alto is its plethora of ADAS features, including four airbags, forward collision warning, a 360-degree camera, a forward collision warning system, rear assist, and park assist. Apart from that, digital climate control, USB ports, multimedia controls, push-button start, and heated seats are a few other notable options.

In addition, it has a decent boot space and split rear seats to increase the luggage space.

Engine and Pricing

Like its predecessor, the Japanese Alto 2023 has a 660 CC engine paired with a hybrid engine. However, the AGS transmission Alto has been replaced by a new CVT transmission. Its biggest compromise is the 35 KM/L, which is priced at 35 to 36 lacs. For latest price updates, visit Pak Suzuki Motors.
