Suzuki Mehran

The Suzuki Mehran is at the top of the list of the best fuel average used cars in Pakistan. It is the best-selling and most popular car in the history of Pakistan. If you are looking to buy your first car, have a low budget, and don’t know anything about cars, Mehran is your first choice. Why?

It’s a simple car built for just one purpose: to get you from point A to point B. There’s nothing fancy here, and the interior is minimal and essential.

Most functions are manual, including the steering wheel, windows, seat adjustment and ignition switch, so no part can break or fail. These features make it a great car for a first-time buyer who knows nothing about cars.

Price: 3–11 Lacs PKR (90 models are very cheap, like 3–4 lacs; high-end models are expensive, like 11–15 lacs, but Mehran in this range is unreasonable, so go with 2012 if you want a good deal and in good condition—the -2015 model).

The running cost is around 17 Km/l, including oil change, spare parts cost, fuel cost and tuning cost, and it is the cheapest in the local assembled car market / even cheaper than Mehran.

If you can find a good-condition 2019 or 2020 model in the budget of 18–20, it will save you a lot of money in the future. Although not a hybrid, it is efficient enough that its fuel average is close to that of some JDM hybrid cars.
