The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) launched the new NADRA Biker Service in Pakistan for citizens to get their computerized national identity cards (CNICs) and also other documents from the comfort of their doorstep.

According to NADRA resources, the biker service is aimed at providing several facilities in Pakistan without the need to visit the NADRA offices.

The NADRA Biker Service, which was earlier available in only some of Punjab cities, has now been expanded to other main cities, including Karachi. The NADRA biker service is also available in Lahore, Rawalpindi, Islamabad, Taxila, Wah Cantt, Karachi, Hyderabad, and Mirpurkhas.

How to Register

Citizens looking for NADRA biker service will need to call the official NADRA helpline number to register for the biker service, which will facilitate the citizens in the above-mentioned cities renewing their CNICs and also other documents, among other services. From a landline, the citizens can book a biker service by dialing 051-111786100, and 1777 from the mobile.

A NADRA representative will guide the caller through the process and send a biker to their location for document processing.

What Can You Get Through This Service?

The NADRA Biker Service allows citizens to:

  • Renew CNICs
  • Apply for other NADRA identity documents
  • Avoid queues and office visits

NADRA Biker Service Fee

The NADRA biker service, which delivers CNICs and also other NADRA products in main cities, comes with an additional fee of Rs1,000 for at-home service. This fee includes Rs825 for the service and Rs175 for delivery.

The biker service fee also varies on the nature of documents; however, an additional amount of Rs 1000 would be charged for the service. The service is currently available for the executive category only.
