Why the Price Hike?
The price increase mainly stems from a newly introduced NEV (New Excise Value) levy, part of the Finance Budget 2025-26 by the Government of Pakistan. This new tax, on top of existing economic challenges like PKR devaluation and increased freight charges, has left auto manufacturers with no choice but to pass on the impact to customers.
While Honda Atlas had previously absorbed such cost hikes to protect buyers, they’ve stated that this new levy is beyond their control, and unfortunately, it’s now being reflected in car prices.
Now that Honda Pakistan has increased its cars’ prices, are you willing to buy a new Honda car now? Or would you still prefer to buy a used Honda car?
