KIA Carnival Price in Pakistan: After 1.5 years of global launch, the 4th generation KIA Carnival facelift has finally made its way to Pakistan. It was introduced globally in mid-2023, and now it has arrived in Pakistan, but currently in a CBU version. The vehicle is now priced at PKR 18,200,000 (ex-factory) and retains the 11-seater layout, which also qualifies it as a utility vehicle eligible for reduced duties.
KIA Carnival Facelift Specs & Features
The facelifted KIA Carnival also uses the same 3.5-liter V6 engine, producing 272 horsepower and 331 Nm of torque, mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission.
The vehicle uses a set of advanced safety and also comfort features. Its highlights include Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), which include collision avoidance assist, lane keeping assist, and blind spot collision avoidance assist.
Inside, there is no major change; only the design of the AC grilles, dashboard, and also center console has been given a new look. This is mainly a design upgrade; we don’t have the list of new accessories right now; we are waiting for the details from the official KIA representatives.

Fortunately, the KIA Carnival is one of the most tax-efficient CBU cars you can buy in Pakistan. KIA is smart; they classified the Carnival as a commercial vehicle, so it will only get 12% tax on the invoice price for filers and 36% for non-filers.
They seem to have taken advantage of the passenger capacity in the FBR policy, which is that any vehicle that has a capacity of more than 10 passengers and is an internal combustion vehicle can fall under the commercial vehicle category, which is why Carnival is one of the lowest taxed cars in the brand
