Babar Azam Gets His New MG HS Essence in Pakistan
In February, the media announced that Pakistan cricket team captain Babar Azam would receive the Made in Pakistan MG HS Essence. MG Pakistan’s poster boy tweeted, “MG gift for Babar Azam. He will be the first to drive MG Essence. Made in Pakistan.” Now MG Pakistan has fulfilled the promise as the crossover SUV has been handed over to Pakistan’s right-handed batsman, Babar Azam.
In a social media tweet, “MG for Babar Azam” company shared some pictures of Babar receiving his white car. In this photo, the captain can be seen standing with MG staff, signing a white shirt, and receiving the keys to his new ride.
Babar Azam loves cars and owns a variety of luxurious vehicles. His favorite is the Audi A5, and he likes to drive it in Pakistan. In addition, the batsman has also won the BJ40 Plus between Pakistan and Australia series. The other sedan he owns is the Hyundai Sonata, which was seen at Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) functions.
Last year, his family gave him an Audi e-Tron GT after his trip to Sri Lanka. His brother shares the entire process of buying a car and giving it to Babar in a video that can be viewed here. This new addition to the MG HS Essence will be an exciting addition to Babar Azam’s car collection. It is worth mentioning that Javed Afridi is the owner of Peshawar Zalmi, who captained him in the PSL for several seasons, and this car was promised after the brilliant century by Babar in the last PSL.
