Honri Ve EV: First Locally Assembled Elect Vehicle Unveiled
Honri Ve EV: Earlier this month, Eco-Green Motors, part of Dewan Motors, announced the local production of its Honri Ve electric vehicle. After launching its first electric vehicle in Pakistan, Dewan Motors introduced another variant, the Honri Ve 3.0, in June 2024.
A company official informed Top Classifieds Pakistan that they have received the manufacturing certificate to assemble the Honri Ve 2.0 and 3.0 BEVs at their Sajawal plant. He also disclosed that this is the first production certificate issued by EDB for local assembly of EVs in Pakistan.
First Locally Assembled Honri Ve EV
Today, the company launched the first locally assembled unit of this electric car. According to reports, the unit was pulled off the assembly line as company officials and employees celebrated today. This would certainly open new doors for EV assembly in Pakistan as more companies get licensed and local manufacturing would affect pricing and availability.
Honri Ve 2.0 (Specs & Features)
The Honri Ve comes with a ternary lithium battery and a permanent synchronous motor producing a maximum power of 30 kW and a torque of 84 Nm with a maximum speed of 100 km/h. In addition, the car’s charging time is seven hours, and its range is 200 kilometers per charge.
The newly launched electric car has disc brakes at the front and drum brakes at the rear with 155/65/R15 tire size and alloy rims. In addition, it has a rear spoiler and halogen height-adjustable headlights. Two-tone wing mirrors with turn indicators, chrome and black front fascia, and DRL.
The interior boasts electric power steering, push-button transmission, four-way seat adjustment for both driver and passenger, a rear camera, front and rear power windows, folding rear seats, a 5-inch color instrument cluster, a 10.25-inch Android infotainment screen, and a 220V AC charging gun.

Honri Ve 3.0 (Style, Power & Performance)
The Honri Ve 3.0 can travel up to 300 km on a single charge, according to the official CLTC; it takes just 7 hours to charge the car from empty to full using a regular household socket.
The car is equipped with a synchronous motor with permanent magnets, which provides a power of 35 kW and a torque of 87 Nm. This means a comfortable ride with a maximum speed of 100 km/h. The lithium-ion phosphate battery with a capacity of 29.9 kWh is known for its durability and long life.
The car also has the following features:
- Rearview camera: Parking and maneuvering in tight spaces become a breeze.
- Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS): Alerts you to any tire problems for added safety.
- Charging gun 220V AC: Charge your car easily at home using a regular socket.
